The Outdoor Plus Stainless Steel Triangle Burner (Burner Only)

Unique in its construction, design and style - The Outdoor Plus's Triangle Stainless Steel Burner is the perfect addition to any pre-existing fire pit or fire bowl. These Burners are individually crafted from 304 stainless steel. This ensures a long burner life and resists warping. The Outdoor Plus's burner holes are individually drilled, not punched, that Improved flame pattern and gas flow compared to punched holes.

The inlet is raised and tapered so that if water does enter the burner, it will not enter the gas line and the burner has multiple drain holes to release any water that may enter the burner through the flame holes. With the drain holes pointed to the side, we add a tab to redirect the flame upward to retain the intended flame pattern. The wall thickness of The Outdoor Plus's stainless steel burners is greater than most burners on the market. Suitable for any fire pit or fire bowl whether they are natural gas or liquid propane.

The Outdoor Plus Stainless Steel Burners are Individually manufactured by hand in the U.S.A. This ensures that each burner is inspected by multiple people along the assembly line and meets The Outdoor Plus's high-quality standards. The 1-Hour Gas Timer with E-Stop is an emergency shut-off, mechanical timer, and manual shut-off gas valve designed to be installed on the inlet side of a gas appliance to enable the user to manage the time gas is allowed to flow to a gas appliance. this is often a mechanical timer (no batteries or power required) that has the flexibility to manage the gas flow for 1-hour (60 minutes). additionally, both models have an emergency shut-off (red knob) that allows the user to quickly and easily shut the gas completely OFF, should the necessity arise.

        The Outdoor Plus individually handcrafts all products, hence it will take 1-4 weeks to process and deliver the products. Finishes are subject to slight texture/color variations

        The Outdoor Plus Company warranties fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function as follows: 

        PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

        No returns on made-to-order goods. No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify The Outdoor Plus Company or The Western Nest LLC within 48 hours. The Outdoor Plus Company is not responsible for incorrect or damaged packages and shipments 48 hours after they have been received.

        PRODUCT TESTING PROGRAM

        If you believe a unit or component you received is defective, The Outdoor Plus OR Western Nest LLC will gladly test any component at The Outdoor Plus Company facility. The Outdoor Plus Company OR Western Nest LLC will cover shipping back to you.

        DEFECTIVE

        If an item is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at The Outdoor Plus Company 's discretion. The Outdoor Plus Company will absorb all costs of outgoing freight and replacement costs if product is in warranty.

        NON-DEFECTIVE

        If the product is found to be non-defective it will be returned to the customer - no credit will be given.

        TOP ERROR

        If a return is needed due to a mistake on The Outdoor Plus Company's part,we will issue a RMA and Return Services Label. When products are received at The Outdoor Plus Company, credit will be issued for the products and the out going freight on the original invoice.

        CUSTOMER ERROR 

        If an RMA is asked for and covers current new products in the original package, we will authorizethe return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. When products are received we will issue credit for the original customer cost less a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders do not apply. 

        FREIGHT POLICY 

        All orders will be shipped FOB Ontario, California, with a standard shipping carrier selected by The Outdoor Plus Company  unless customer specifically requests their own carrier and account. A freight quote may be requested in advance.The Outdoor Plus Company works diligently with standard carriers to achievethe best discounts available
