The Avalon Hammered Copper & Stainless Steel Square Water Bowl is the complete addition to finalize your outdoor design with. The Outdoor Plus uses high-quality raw copper or stainless steel to form the Water Bowl. The Outdoor Plus's products are produced in the USA to bring you the fastest lead moments in the industry.

The Avalon Metal Water Bowl comes in two finishes; Hammered Copper & Stainless Steel. The Avalon Metal Water Bowl is a square bowl with tapered square edges giving this water bowl a unique style that is sure to captivate your guests. Our Bowl Features are separately handmade. The Water Bowl features TOP manufactures are durable and long-lasting in a variety of environments. Because of its handmade nature, slight variations in color and texture may occur.

The inside of the bowls has been redesigned with a smooth finish for ease of water flow. This Water Bowl comes with an easy flow water fitting that accommodates a 1.5” water line. As a result, water flows gently from the center of the bowl to outward.

Make sure your fire bowl is protected from the elements by acquiring a durable and long-lasting canvas cover. The premium-quality canvas construction provides superior durability and longevity in the elements and is tougher and more resistant than the regular canvas fire bowl cover.

Made up from extra-durable canvas and elastic band edge to secure your unit tightly. These canvas covers are sure to keep the components of your perfect fire bowl in great shape. Every cover is tightened with a drawstring and secured with a toggle spring clasp.

The Outdoor Plus individually handcrafts all products, hence it will take 1-4 weeks to process and deliver the products. Finishes are subject to slight texture/color variations

The Outdoor Plus Company warranties fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function as follows: 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

No returns on made-to-order goods. No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify The Outdoor Plus Company or The Western Nest LLC within 48 hours. The Outdoor Plus Company is not responsible for incorrect or damaged packages and shipments 48 hours after they have been received.

PRODUCT TESTING PROGRAM

If you believe a unit or component you received is defective, The Outdoor Plus OR Western Nest LLC will gladly test any component at The Outdoor Plus Company facility. The Outdoor Plus Company OR Western Nest LLC will cover shipping back to you.

DEFECTIVE

If an item is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at The Outdoor Plus Company 's discretion. The Outdoor Plus Company will absorb all costs of outgoing freight and replacement costs if product is in warranty.

NON-DEFECTIVE

If the product is found to be non-defective it will be returned to the customer - no credit will be given.

TOP ERROR

If a return is needed due to a mistake on The Outdoor Plus Company's part,we will issue a RMA and Return Services Label. When products are received at The Outdoor Plus Company, credit will be issued for the products and the out going freight on the original invoice.

CUSTOMER ERROR 

If an RMA is asked for and covers current new products in the original package, we will authorizethe return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. When products are received we will issue credit for the original customer cost less a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders do not apply. 

FREIGHT POLICY 

All orders will be shipped FOB Ontario, California, with a standard shipping carrier selected by The Outdoor Plus Company  unless customer specifically requests their own carrier and account. A freight quote may be requested in advance.The Outdoor Plus Company works diligently with standard carriers to achievethe best discounts available
